I have tried increas the Audio Quality, but nothing have changed.
I have tried the course in Review 360 on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. The same problem appeares in different browsers. I have tried the course in our LMS on Edge, same problem appeares.
I will send you the Storyline file and hope you will find whats wrong.
