Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Can I ask if you've recently installed a major Parallels update? Or did you perform an update on your MacOS from one major release to another? If you did, you may need to revisit your Parallels settings since updating may have changed some of your existing configurations.
If you did not, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the behavior for you. Let me now how it goes!
