Audio will not play in Storyline360 - not any way, even in preview
I have the same issue now, after running the latest update.
My course now randomly cuts out voiceover, or starts the voiceover a second or two late, or starting in the wrong place.
This is a course I have been working on for 6 months, and that's been through many QA checks.
Really rather annoyed.

I un-installed and re-installed twice, and then it was fixed. I hope your resolves as well!

Thanks for sharing that things are working as expected now on your end, Clare! Great news!

Hi Rob,
I'm sorry to hear you've run into this snag. Happy to help!
- Have you tried a repair of Storyline 360, as my colleague Joe recommended earlier in this thread? Do you notice any change?
- If you import your existing course into a brand new .story file, do you experience the same cutting out and delay in voice-over audio?
We'd be happy to discuss this with you further in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
