Hi Chris!
We recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.
- Here’s a video tutorial on how to configure Soundbooth and Audacity to convert to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV.

If you are having issue outside of Storyline, you may need to check drivers and update.

Hello, since this is about 6 years old, do you still recommend these settings? I am recording my audio using a mic and Audacity. I am not sure which settings to use for KHz (22050, 44100 or 48000) or if I should export as WAV 24 or 16 bit. Thanks for your help!
