Author info missing in Rise360 course
For some reason my author name/picture is missing in my rise360 course - published via quick share. It gives unknown user
Why is this happening? How can I fix it?

I’m glad to hear that toggling the course author off and on did the trick. That refresh can help realign the metadata after publishing.

Looks like something is messed up with your account credentials. Go into:
Articulate 360 Dashboard > click on profile image in top-right > Account > Your Profile and check your details in there.
