In Storyline, the FORMAT ribbon has buttons to quickly align or distribute selected objects.

Yes, Canvas has these buttons as well as the tidy up function.
The tidy up function in Canva automatically aligns and spaces your selected objects for you in one click (consolidating all of those individual alignment functions). Here's an example of it in action:
