autoplay at the beginning of the course

Thanks for reaching out! If your first slide has audio, you'll see that play button with the black background in Google Chrome. We added that feature to help learners get around Chrome's autoplay policy for audio.
This includes published Storyline projects with the background audio enabled. The same behavior can also be observed in Microsoft Edge, which uses the same Chromium engine as Chrome.
Regarding your question about avoiding it, the play button will always be there if your Storyline project has background audio, but you can change the black background. Customize the play button screen by adding a course cover photo. This is how it will look on a Storyline course published in Review 360. I used the first slide as a cover photo.
