Avast anti-virus threat, IDP.Generic, in CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe

My e-mail address has changed, how can I update it?
I can see that the e-mail in your support case is the same one that you're using to login to E-Learning Heroes.
Here's how you can change your Articulate ID email address to another one that belongs to you:
- Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with your current email address and password.
- Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save.
- You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your new information.

Note that transferring your Articulate ID to another person isn't permitted by our terms of service.
My anti-virus is blocking Storyline 360 from opening, how can I resolve this issue?
We have reported the issue to Microsoft as a false positive and I believe that they have updated their definition to remove this false detection.
Please download and install the latest Windows updates (if not yet updated), restart your computer then launch the Articulate 360 Desktop App again. Should you continue to experience the issue, working privately with the support team is recommended. You can e-mail support@articulate.com and refer to Case #02291403 to continue your conversation with Shiela with the correct e-mail.
