Anti Virus Detection While Updating Articulate 360

Good Morning Everyone, this AM I opened and signed into my Articulate App, which automatically installed an update while opening. During this process my AV alerted and provided the option to quarantine a file named IDP.HEUR.26

I am associating this with the update because it was concurrent to downloading the file. Research indicates it may be a false positive, but a high risk file. Does anyone else have any experience with this detection related to Articulate?

I can quarantine it, but I'm concerned if I do, it may interfere with functionality of my Articulate. All constructive comments are welcome. Thank you

Kindest Regards.

        Happy to help, ScottSuter-d72f!

If anyone experiences a similar issue, one way to test if a file from our authoring tools is malicious is to run it through VirusTotal or Metadefender to see if either of those tools flags it. If other anti-virus vendors flag it, please take a screenshot of the report and share your zipped output along with the screenshot with us for review.
