I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.79.30834.0).
In this update, we have an enhancement where:
- Background audio is now supported in the published video output.
As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

Hi, I had inserted the bg audio and published my content as a video on Storyline 360. But the published video does not contain the background music.

Including the background music in the video output of a Storyline 360 course is currently being tracked as a feature request by our product team.
We've added this community post to the report so we can notify everyone as soon as this feature is released!
