Beginning blank frames when publishing to video

Is there a particular reason why when I publish a screen recording to video the first several frames are blank so that when you import into Rise the video block is black vs. showing the first slide ...

Hi Tom,

Thanks for those clues, and I'm so sorry you ran into that. Your description is a match to an open bug in Storyline 360 that we're investigating:

  • Behavior: Blank frames appear at the beginning of a course that is published to video.
  • Workaround: Edit the resulting video to remove the frames, if possible.

I'll include your experience in our report so we can notify you of any changes!
