For what you outlined in your comment, I'd use Rise as it will be faster to pull the content together and require less production. You can't import what you created in Storyline into Rise. However, there is a Storyline block feature where you can publish what you created in Storyline as a block.
I'd assume that's not the correct workflow for what you're doing. Here's a video with an overview of Rise. I'd watch that to get a feel for the authoring.
