Hi NorrisLau-2a1ae,
I wanted to share the response that we shared with AnneDeFelice-2e in case you might find it helpful.
By default, Storyline compresses audio in your published output so courses download faster for learners. Storyline supports a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported.
However, you can preserve the original quality of your MP3 audio files by turning off compression. Only MP3 files can be uncompressed in Storyline. This will provide you with better audio quality.
