Best practices for importing PowerPoint slides into SL.

we often get ppt files from our SMEs and then need to import them into SL. Almost every time I do this, the aspect ratio is just the tiniest bit off. While it's typically simple fixes (shifting an image slightly, repositioning text boxes, etc.) it does get tedious. I know how to view and adjust the slide size in both SL and ppt, however I've noticed they both use different units (Storyline in px and ppt in inches). They do both have the aspect ratio in common though.

Are there any best practices for slide size when importing a pwpt into SL?
