Best Storyline interactions to provide "guided tour" of a document?

I just came across your post and wanted to jump in with some thoughts!

There are a few different ways you could approach this in Storyline:

• Hotspots or buttons - Clicking on a section could reveal a layer with more details. 
• Markers - These work well for quick pop-up explanations.
• Tabs with zoom - Great if you want to give learners a closer look at each section.
• Flip-through interaction - You could create an experience where users "turn" the pages of the safety guide, making it feel more hands-on.
