Best Storyline interactions to provide "guided tour" of a document?
Hi, everyone! Happy Friday! I'd love some feedback on part of a course I'm working on. It's a safety training course, and in the first module, I want to give an interactive "tour" of a pocket safety...

Hi jhunter77!
I just came across your post and wanted to jump in with some thoughts!
There are a few different ways you could approach this in Storyline:
- Hotspots or buttons - Clicking on a section could reveal a layer with more details.
- Markers - These work well for quick pop-up explanations.
- Tabs with zoom - Great if you want to give learners a closer look at each section.
- Flip-through interaction - You could create an experience where users "turn" the pages of the safety guide, making it feel more hands-on.
Here are some Storyline examples that could be helpful or provide inspiration!
- Storyline: Carousel example
- Storyline: Motion Menu example
- Storyline: Animated Tabs Accordion Interaction example
- Storyline: Interactive Photo Collage Template example
If you've already built it, I'd love to hear what you chose and how it worked out!
