Best way to publish eLearning in multiple languages
Hi guys,
I am having the same issue. We use Workday Learning as our main LMS. The only work-around to resolve this issue was to assign courses based on language preferences. We created custom reports to identify those who speak Spanish and English and then with learning campaigns we assigned the courses.
If you find a way to get this sorted out, please share it!
Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric, are you still using this method? How did you identify those who spoke Spanish? How many employees are you deploying the trainings to?

Hey Eric not sure if its a recent update but if your using Workday best option would be to have 2 courses ( Spanish & English) in one Program and use Equivalency rules between the 2 courses. You can set either a one way ( Spanish gives credit for English) or two way (Spanish gives credit for English, English gives credit for Spanish) equivalency. Depending on what course(s) you set as required for completion.
