Black bars appearing above or below non-360 library images

I am experiencing an issue where a thin black bar is appearing at the top or bottom of images that I manually add to my SL360 courses...it only happens with images I do not select from the Content Library. It only appears once I upload the course to the Review site as well...not in the Preview mode, so I don't know which images it's happening to until I publish to Review.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue of black bars appearing around your images. I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot:

    • Is this happening with every project where you add your own image, or just one? Have you tried importing the slides into a new project?
    • Are the images cropped or duplicated when you insert them onto your slide?

    With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your file to investigate further. You can share it with us here, or privately in a support case. We will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
