Black border Rise Storyline Block

This issue is annoying, and I cannot remedy it with the recommended settings? I choose Modern Player style, Menus and & Controls OFF, with Light colour but I still have a black border around the i...

I'm having the same problem. here is my file. It shows up with a Play button on rise and with a black background which is super annoying.

    Thanks for sharing your Storyline file! I was able to replicate your issue, and we have this documented as a possible bug. We'll be sure to let you know here as soon as we have updates!
