black lines on edge of mp4's imported into Storyline

Any update on resolving this bug? It's still occurring in all of our courses with MP4 videos... black lines on right border/bottom border depending on the size/scale of the course in the browser.

Currently, we're still tracking this bug. I want to clarify that the bug my teammate, Luciana, is refers to happens only when there's a white background. If this doesn't match what you're seeing, it'd be helpful to take a closer look at your file. You can upload that here or privately in a support case and we'll delete all files from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
