Black screen with play button continues to frustrate.
The black screen with a play button that displays as the 1st screen when a storyline file has audio or video in the first slide continues to frustrate me.

AS it is a browser limitation I don't think there is much that can be done. Inside rise they maybe able to create a fix, I suspect the Safari on iOS will always have this screen.
I understand. I hope this will gain traction as RISE and storyline incorporate more Ai functionality. The choice of not having to place a first slide in when video/audio is present would be handy. Thank you for the response. Have a great day wherever you are!
