Blank Question in published Rise360 course
Hi there, on two occasions, a learner has been presented with a blank question during an end of course assessment. On investigation we have found, on both occasions, that the affected question had been re-written or altered in the corresponding question bank. Has anyone else had this issue? if so how do you resolve it.?
Both question banks were reviewed and found to be full. Both assessments are set up to pull 5 or 10 questions from their respective banks.

Sorry to hear you ran into this snag. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience.
- Can you consistently replicate the behavior if you publish your course to Review 360?
- If your course is hosted on an LMS, does testing it in another LMS like SCORM Cloud produce the same results?
