Author info missing in Rise360 course
For some reason my author name/picture is missing in my rise360 course - published via quick share. It gives unknown user
Why is this happening? How can I fix it?
Thanks for the update, CherylKent!
I’m glad to hear that toggling the course author off and on did the trick. That refresh can help realign the metadata after publishing.
If anything feels off again, feel free to share the link, and we can take another look.

Looks like something is messed up with your account credentials. Go into:
Articulate 360 Dashboard > click on profile image in top-right > Account > Your Profile and check your details in there. - CherylKentCommunity Member
Thanks. My name and photo are in my profile and look OK. I have already done a couple of rise360 courses and it shows OK on them. But not on this course - looks ok in development though just not when I publish it. Don't know why it has suddenly stopped working.
Thanks for sharing this CherylKent, and thanks to Chris-Hurst for jumping in with a great first check. Since your profile details look correct and your other Rise courses are showing your author info as expected, this definitely isn’t typical.
When it only happens in one course and only after publishing, it usually means something in that specific course’s metadata didn’t attach correctly during Quick Share.
If you’re open to it, feel free to share the Quick Share link here, or you can send it to us privately in a support case. Our team can take a closer look and see what’s going on behind the scenes.
Happy to dig into it with you.

Hi Eric,
I think I have fixed it. I hid the course author, then published. Then went back to add the course author and republished and it seemed to pick it up OK.
