Blank Quiz Question in Storyline

I had a similar issue - seemed like it mostly only happened when accessing course from an iPad and not desktop. Could not find a solution outside of telling learners to use a desktop to complete the training. Wanted to comment so I could come back to this in case someone has a solution.
Course was exported as SCORM 1.2 and accessed by learners via UKG Pro Learning (Schoox whitelabel).
