Blank slide in Review and LMS

I have a course I had to make a minor update to, when I publish to review or LMS it has added a blank slide somehow but when I review it in the software there is no blank slide. I have also made sure the slides do not have layers so that’s not the issue. Has anyone had this experience?

    Would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or privately through a support case? It would be helpful to take a closer look at your setup to determine what could be causing this behavior. We'll delete it as soon as we're finished troubleshooting!
