Blank Visuals in Rise
Hello JenLynnRusso Luckily yesterday morning the visuals started working again, however several of the pictures are fuzzy or pixelated. I can't share that link here though because the pictures are company pictures.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the playback of your Rise 360 course!
I'm glad to hear the media elements are loading again, but the blurry and pixelated content shouldn't be happening. When Rise shows blank placeholders, it's often caused by browser cache corruption or network hiccups while assets are loading from Articulate servers. The fact that everything went blank, then started working again, strongly points to this being a browser cache issue.
Have you already tried clearing your browser's cache or using an incognito window to bypass extensions and cache?
