Block Template in Rise 360 not working
I went to use a block template that I created in another course and it never downloads. I do work in a team environment. I haven't had this issue before. It loading icon keeps going in circles.

The issue is also happening on my team. Multiple people have opened it and tried to fix it (after removing browsing data).

Cancel does not work, but the stuck block can be deleted as described here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/inserting-template-gets-stuck-every-time?page=2#reply-779645
