Blocks not loading when Rise course is viewed

Hi everyone,
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered:
- Fixed: Some blocks were disappearing when users scrolled rapidly.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

My team has been experiencing the same thing. We have noticed it happening to continue buttons, Storyline blocks, the interactive marker block, and list text block. The issue has occurred in Review, preview mode, and in the published version in our LMS over different Wi-Fi connections, different devices, and different browsers, even after clearing the cache.
I do currently have an open ticket with support, but wanted to add in my experience with, what sounds like, the same issue.

Sorry to hear that content from your Rise 360 course has been disappearing as well!
Great move on opening a support case. I see that you've connected with my colleague, Enelluar. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug affects Rise 360 Microlearnings, and causes some Blocks and interactions to disappear randomly.
We've included your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
