Blocks not loading when Rise course is viewed
- 29 days ago
Hi everyone,
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered:
- Fixed: Some blocks were disappearing when users scrolled rapidly.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.
Hey! Thanks for the reply - you too, RonPrice !
I'm using Firefox. Afraid I'm not sure 100% what browser my client is using - possibly Safari, as I think he's a Mac user.
I'll try clearing my cache next time I'm at work (tomorrow) - but the problem isn't only on my end, the client is having it too. I already recommended that he clear his cache but it didn't resolve the issue for him.
I'm working from home, so no domains are being blocked through my router.
It happens with a few courses that I'm building for him - so far we haven't been able to identify why!
Hi plocke!
Great to see Kelly and Ron have been helping you!
Thanks for sharing the feedback. As I mentioned to MeaganMartini, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360 - Microlearnings. This bug causes some Blocks and interactions to disappear randomly. Since the behavior is widespread across your team, I've included your voice in the bug report as well.
We'll be sure to notify you as soon as a fix is ready. Thank you for your patience!

Just so you know - I'm not creating a "microlearning" here, but a "course".
Possibly the same bug, but thought you should know.- KellyAuner2 months agoStaff
Hi, plocke,
Thanks for the follow up on this. That's certainly useful information to have!
If you're willing to share your file with our Support Engineers, that will help them confirm if this specific bug is impacting you. All files are deleted from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Thanks for this link - I've shared one of the problematic courses with your engineers.
Hoping a fix will come soon, because this is affecting a lot of courses I'm building for this client and until it's fixed, the courses aren't fit to be published.
