Blocks not loading when Rise course is viewed

    Hi everyone,

    I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered:

    • Fixed: Some blocks were disappearing when users scrolled rapidly.

     

    There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

    Let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.

I've started a few things recently. Today, Note text statement blocks are not displaying when previewing a course. Also I'm sure various images are taking longer to load, a little bit like the old days with interlaced gifs. I've not needed to republish anything to know if the issue occurs in the LMS. (Chrome Browser, not tried Edge)

    I am also having this issue. Do you happen to know if we have a timeline for a fix? I have a deadline and need to know if I need to convert to a regular rise course or not.

      Sorry to hear you've also run into this setback!

      I've included your voice in the bug report so we can update you as soon as a fix is ready. While I can't speak to a specific timeline of when it will be fixed, this article can provide some clarity on how we tackle bugs.

      Also, after receiving additional feedback from our users, it was discovered that this bug is not strictly a Microlearning issue. We are also seeing this behavior in standard Rise 360 courses.
