Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the playback of your Rise 360 course!

We previously shipped a fix for the Rise 360 bug being discussed in this thread. Do you mind sharing more details on the specific behavior you are encountering? It would be helpful to know if the issue occurs when previewing your course within Rise 360, or after it's been published. Also, are you noticing the issue across all Rise 360 courses, or just one specifically?

      I see that you've been working with my colleague Wilbert, through a support case. I understand SVG images from your Rise 360 course are not displaying during playback. As Wilbert shared, we're tracking a bug in Rise 360 causing SVG images to not display in certain desktop browsers. We've included your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready!

      In the meantime, as a workaround we suggest using PNGs in lieu of SVGs. While this may not be ideal, since SVGs offer sharper scalability, PNGs will display consistently across all platforms.
