Blocks not loading when Rise course is viewed
Hi plocke,
I’m sorry to hear that the blocks are still disappearing even after exporting them following the update.
I see that there’s already an open support case being handled by my teammate, Gian.
You're in excellent hands working with him, and we can continue the conversation through your case.
Hi! Can you get Gian to send me an email? I looked through my previous correspondence and it appears that the case I opened has been closed. So maybe this is a new case?

Happy to jump in here!
I see that you also worked with my teammate Luiza, through a separate case which is now closed. Your current case with Gian is still open, and it looks like he sent you an e-mail on 10/15/25.
Perhaps it slipped by, or was diverted to a SPAM folder by mistake. No worries! I've just resent that e-mail to you, and notified Gian to keep him in the loop.
