Blocks not loading when Rise course is viewed
I have been trying to build a Rise Microlearning since Friday. Friday blocks that I tried to pull in just twirled. Sat same thing. Monday same thing. Today same thing. On Sat I did the whole thing..clear cache, delete temp files, clear browser history. restart. Try Edge instead of Chrome. 1 block loaded on Edge and then it too started twirling.
Hi AmyKeating!
So sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Rise 360!
Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. I'd like our support engineers to have a closer look at this issue, so I've opened a support case on your behalf.
You're in excellent hands with them and they should be following up with you shortly!

Also having this issue, blocks not loading, mainly knowledge checks that have used standard RISE blocks. Happening also on RISE review, and in published files hosted through an LMS. This is embarrassing as it's nothing from our side. It seems the answer provided on this thread was that an update was released, it seems the update did not work. This is a major issue and impossible to explain to the business why it's happening and why I can't resolve. I can't publicly release ay courses without a resolution. If it can't be solved then RISE is clearly not fit for purpose and we should all get a refund.

Yesterday I noticed a few bullet list blocks were not displaying when previewed, just a large empty white space. I closed the browser tab and reopened and they displayed.

My issue was never fixed either and I was told that they do not give refunds. I can't confidently sell anything to a business with these types of issues; the first company that tried the program experienced the problems with the blocks not loading and that was that. It's a reputational risk to try again knowing that it hasn't been fixed. At this point I'm just waiting out my subscription.
