Blur or obsure info in Replay

Hi there, Is there a way to blur or obsure areas of the video after you create it? Kind of like on TV when they blur faces or unmentionables! I need to block out sensitive information but stil...

    What I ended up doing was using my Windows snipping tool, then pasting that image into MS PAINT, and using the eraser tool. Then I imported the still image into Replay, with crossfades between stills. So no video with blur, but it was something.
