Hi, David! Really sorry for the confusion there.
We released a fix for the same issue where courses would appear blurry when previewing and viewing the HTML5 output in Chrome in Storyline 360 as well. A fix for this was included in build 3.17.16117.0.
Are you still seeing some blurriness while using that particular build or a recent one? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline.

May I check if there is an update for Studio/Presenter too? I am still facing the blurry image issue with Chrome when publishing using presenter. Appreciate your response.

Are these images you've added directly to your Presenter slide or are they a part of a Quizmaker or Engage interaction? Also, what update of Studio 360 are you on? The latest is Update 21.17757.0.
