Can I check if there is an ETA for the next update for Storyline 3 to rectify the blurry image issue my company is also experiencing using the software?

One thing that has worked for me is I moved back to the Classic player with an HTML5 with Flash Fall Back. After working with Articulate's IT department I found that the Modern Player is not sufficient for the projects I am working on. I hope that helps :)
