Hello Jonas,

Thanks for reaching out to let us know that you're experiencing a lack of sharpness with your images in Storyline 360.

We recommend starting with high-quality images and videos that are already properly sized for your course. Scaling media up or down in your course can cause blurriness.

    Oh, it's an issue, Storyline. I love the product, but the image clarity
    has been an issue since the start.
