Blurry images

Hi all, 

I'm trying to upload images to my course, using the same dimensions I always use but for some reason everything is looking really blurry. Is anyone else having this issue? I know how to find out the correct sizes, _NOPROCESS_ etc and usually I don't have a problem but nothing I'm trying seems to be working.

    Sorry to hear that your images are uploading blurry in Rise 360!

    We are tracking some bugs in Rise, affecting image quality when uploading media to certain areas of a course. Can you share where, specifically you are uploading the images?

    Also, if you're comfortable sharing a copy of the affected files, we'd be happy to test them on our end. Feel free to upload those items here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

    I'm uploading them to my Environmental Awareness course (in the Resource Use page) as full card images on the front of flashcards. No matter what size image I use, they just look fuzzy. I've tried all of the below

      Thanks for following up and confirming!

      On your Flashcard Block, have you enabled the 'Show card flip hint' setting? I ask because we are tracking a bug in Rise 360 which causes:

      • Flashcard Block image appears blurry when the 'Show card flip hint' is enabled

       

      If you disable this setting, does the image quality improve? If so, I'm happy to include your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.
