Breaking changes with Rise360 update
I wrote a ticket signalling that the new update with Rise360 is completely breaking our system. We cannot publish new content, and from what I gathered, our organization is not the only one impacted....

Are you referring to Review 360 publishing only? Earlier this week, our team identified a Rise 360 bug that prevented some users from publishing to Review 360 successfully. I'm happy to share that we've shipped a fix for this bug and this behavior is no longer being observed. There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available!
