Buggy subtitles in some videos [Rise 360]

I'd like to ask a few questions to help isolate the behavior.
- Is the issue happening to only videos that are created in Sonix?
- Have you tested on other browsers to see if the issue is browser-specific?
I did a quick test using a sample video that I have and can confirm that there are no issues with the appearance of the subtitles.
If the issue is specific to videos from Sonix, please share some samples of the videos and their corresponding subtitles files here or in private by opening a case with our support team for testing. We'll delete them when we're done!
