  • Hi SarahLichy!

    Happy to help with this!

Are you referring to Storyline 360? If so, we are currently tracking a feature request for support of multiple languages within Closed Captions in Storyline. I'll include your voice in the request! We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.

        Hello SarahLichy,

I'm happy to chime in! Thank you for confirming that you're referring to Rise 360.

You can add multiple closed caption languages to your Rise 360 videos. Here's how to do that. When playing the video, learners can select a caption language from the CC button.

Let me know how it goes, and I'll be more than happy to assist further.

I can't see this on the road map, it wasn't by any chance implemented so soon, was it?

        Hi S-JBirch!

Thanks for checking in on this!

Multiple language, closed captioning support in Storyline hasn't made it to our roadmap yet, but I've included your voice in the request. We'll be sure to update you as soon as we have news to share!
