Subtitles
Is there an option for a learning/user to select subtitles on a video that we upload to the course? If so, can they select different languages?

Are you referring to Storyline 360? If so, we are currently tracking a feature request for support of multiple languages within Closed Captions in Storyline. I'll include your voice in the request! We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.
I can't see this on the road map, it wasn't by any chance implemented so soon, was it?
