[Bugs + suggestion] Rise 360 - List, block template, text size value

Sorry to hear that you've run into these setbacks while authoring in Rise 360. Allow me to address each of your points individually.

Bulleted List Block

I can confirm that this behavior was related to a bug we had logged for Rise 360. I'm happy to share that we've just shipped a new update that corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available!

Font Size Value Display

I haven't seen any reports of this behavior. Also, when testing across multiple supported browsers, text size values were reflected in real time on the quick access toolbar. Since Rise is a browser-based tool, clearing your browser's history can sometimes resolve unexpected quirks like these. Are you still seeing that issue after clearing the history?

Block Templates/Default Author  

You're correct. This is currently the expected behavior when opening the Block Template library. However, we are tracking a feature request that would allow users to set a default author and retain that setting for future access. I've included your voice in that request, and we'll notify you if that feature makes it to our product roadmap.
