Building a Game to Teach Search functionality in Software

Hello community, I am wanting to build an engaging game where users learn to make the most of the search functionality in our contact center technology application. There are 3 different places they can go for search, depending on the situation. I'm thinking scenarios may be the way to go. Has anyone developed anything like this? Any ideas? I'm thinking of a spoof based on Finding Nemo.
