Building a long yes/no survey

I want to create a yes/no survey (or ungraded quiz, if necessary)  that can be used by the taker to get an overview of what they do or do not have in their toolkit. It needs to be pretty long.  I've tried the Likert scale but it is limited to 10 questions and there is really no sense of how well the participant has done (as in how many yeses and how many nos). Any suggestions?
