Hi Gracelyn - First, nice use of the wheel intro animation. Don't see that one used a lot but it's one of my favorites.
The wheel animation starts at 12 o'clock position at the top center of the object and rotates clockwise as it reveals the object.
Since your oval icon is at the top and part of the group you applied the animation to, the wheel animation is applied to the center of your object.
An easy workaround is to remove the top oval icon from the group and place it directly above the animated group.
