Button icons moving

This is still happening to me, and makes using button icons a hard NO. Button icons are shift to the middle of the button horizontally after publishing (work fine in editing and preview). Tried to create button icons using different steps (text first, save, edit, add icon, save... vs add icon, text, ... save).
