button symbols are wrong color

I have buttons on slides that have text and a symbol.  Although the color (white) looks correct on the slide in edit mode when I preview or publish it the symbol changes to black and the text remains...

    Hi Jose,

    I did open a support case.  I think I have tried to troubleshoot this twice with support. I think they don't see the error when they view it, so there isn't a way to form a solution that will fix it on my end.  I wound up deleting all the arrows, because after I opened the first ticket I thought it was resolved, but it either reappeared or was never resolved.  Thanks for your follow up.

This happens on arrival to the slide without clicking on anything.  In the source file itself all states have a white arrow as the icon on the button and that arrow symbol is white in all states.  It looks correct in the source file. Also, fyi, the text is white in all states for the buttons.

I'm happy to test this so we can identify what's causing the objects in the states to change to black.

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can examine what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
