Buying AI credits is not easy
It would be great if I could simply purchase AI credits through my company card on account instead of having to work this through email exchanges to sales. This process sets be back a day or two in production. Can't this process be automated?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry if the credit purchase process slowed you down while in the middle of course production.
Right now, all credit additions must be assisted by our sales team. I see that my colleagues Martin and Ben helped you with a recent credit order through a support case.
That said, we are exploring ways to introduce a self-service purchase option for users. We'll be sure to share announcements if we release a future enhancement that helps!
