Call out box
I am having trouble with the call out boxes that is preventing me from making the videos larger in the box. Does anyone know why this is happening and a work around to make the videos appear larger ...

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the issue is just the differences in the aspect ratio of your marker label (call out) and the video. Those have to be manually adjusted to make the best use of the space.
If this is a file you can share, there may be other troubleshooting we can try.
