Can a learner copy on-screen text?

Hi all, does anyone know of an easy way to make it so the learner can copy portions of the on-screen text in a Storyline course? I would just link a separate transcript text document, but I want to avoid having the learner download things and have to juggle between the browser and documents. TYIA
